REPRINTED WW2 PRESS PHOTOGRAPHS

In the mid 1980's I purchased a group of items relating to GeneralEisenhower's SHAEF Headquarters in the UK - yes, such things did turn up back then!!. There were various items of (non classified) paperwork along with a group of original press photographs, many of which have appeared in books etc ever since.
Along with the well known photos were a group which were obviously taken at the time but not released in public. I always called them the "next one on the film roll" or they just were not the correct quality for release. ALL of these originals were sold years ago, however I had some reprinted at the time and have had them stored for over 25 years ! Although I cannot say where or when the originals of these were taken , they do form an excellent and unusual reference of uniforms etc of the period.
